VARSITY Tackle – Please complete the Varsity Tackle Football online Crew Chief Report. It will be submitted to Art and Luther.

VARSITY Flag – Please complete the Varsity Flag Football online Crew Chief Report. It will be submitted to Art and Luther.

LOWER LEVEL Tackle – Please complete the Lower Level Tackle online Crew Chief Report. It will be submitted to Art and Luther.

EJECTIONS &/OR INCIDENTS – Complete the CIFSS Ejection or Incident Report. Ejection reports need to be submitted within 24 hours after the game. When prompted, select Jim Johnson as the liaison, print a copy or save it as a pdf to your computer, and send a copy of the ejection report to Art no later then Sunday.
